Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads (printables, activity sheets, worksheets, etc.)
• Instant access products
• Any purchased file that has been downloaded

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
✔ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
✔ Corrupt or Unusable File – If you receive a damaged or non-working file, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a replacement.
✔ Incorrect File Received – If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no extra cost.
